How to shop
When you shop at FARFETCH, you’re shopping items from luxury brands and boutiques around the globe.
Our brand and partner boutiques are located in more than 50 countiries worldwide, including Tokyo, Paris, London, Milan and New York. Our unique marketplace guarantees you a huge range of items to shop. From established luxury brands to the most interesting new designers, shop unique styles you won’t find anywhere else.
We deliver to over 190 countries worldwide so you’ll receive your order before you know it.
The easiest way is to browse using the drop-down navigation menus at the top of the page, where you can find links to new items, brands, categories and edits. If you know what you are looking for, use the search box at the top right.
Once you've found what you're looking for, select your size and click Add To Bag. You can continue shopping and add more items to your bag, or proceed straight to checkout. You can view the size information by clicking "Size Guide".
After you add an item to your shopping basket, click the "Continue shopping" button to resume shopping. Once you have placed all the items you wish to purchase in your shopping basket, click "Proceed to checkout" to proceed to the payment process screen.
Our checkout process is quick and straightforward. You can either create an account or proceed using our guest checkout. No matter how many items you have in your shopping bag or how many FARFETCH brands or partner boutiques they are sourced from, you only need to check out once. Your package will be delivered by DHL, FedEx, or a subcontractor of these companies.
On the checkout process screen, select the payment method you wish to use and enter the required information such as your card number. We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as PayPal and selected cryptocurrencies.
Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email. We may contact you if we need additional information for the checkout process. Once your product is in stock and your payment has been confirmed, your product will be shipped to you from our brands and partner boutiques within two business days. If you use a guest account, you can check the delivery status here.
Cancellations
Changed your mind? No problem, some of our brands and partner boutiques allow order cancellations before the order is prepared (except for some products).
How to cancel your order:
1. Go to Orders & Returns in My Account if you have an account, or if you placed an order as a guest, enter your guest order details here
2. Select the items you want to cancel and your reason for cancellation
3. We will email you confirmation of your canceled order
We cannot cancel your order if your order has already been prepared — but we do offer a “Free Returns Collection Service”. For more information on canceling and returning orders, visit our Returns & Refunds Policy
Also, once your order has been canceled, you will not be able to undo it. We may not change the order details (size, color, quantity, product details, additions, included items, promotional codes, etc.).
