Delivery to PO Boxes, Army Post Office (APO) and Fleet Post Office (FPO) addresses is currently unavailable.

All FARFETCH orders are shipped with Direct Signature Required (DSR). This means the order must be signed upon delivery. We kindly ask that you track your order and ensure availability at the time of delivery. If there is no availability to receive and sign the order, the carrier may, at their sole discretion, attempt another delivery or redirect the parcel to a designated collection point. Please note that if the order is not received or collected within the carrier’s timeframe, it will be returned to origin (RTO).

FARFETCH partners with delivery companies such as DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT, and DPD, depending on the delivery location. In some cases, if DHL service is not available in certain parts of Korea or there is a change in workload, delivery may be handled by a domestic delivery company.

Changed your mind? No problem, you can either cancel your order by following the steps below or by contacting FARFETCH customer service. Your statutory rights in relation to cancellation/withdrawal (as set out in section 10 of the Terms and Conditions) are not affected.

How to cancel your order:

If the self-service cancellation option is not available, please contact FARFETCH customer service.

If you choose to cancel your order before it has been prepared for shipment (usually when the shipping label is printed), your order will not be sent out to you and you will receive a full refund, including any shipping costs. If you choose to cancel your order after it has been prepared for shipment (usually when the shipping label is printed), we offer a free return service. Once the returned products have been received and accepted, you will receive a full refund, including shipping costs. If you've canceled your order, you'll receive a full refund within 14 days, depending on your payment provider.

Made-to-order and customised items

Made-to-order and customised items can only be canceled within 48 hours of placing your order. All you need to do is follow the steps above in your account or contact FARFETCH customer service.

For orders delivering to Korea, customs duties and VAT are calculated in advance and included in the product price. Therefore, the price seen on the product page is the final payment amount without any additional charges.

You can enjoy shopping comfortably without the hassle of paying customs duties directly or experiencing delivery delays. However, orders with delivery outside of Korea may incur additional charges depending on the conditions of the trade transaction applied. Please refer to the following for more details.

Orders to be shipped to areas covered by Delivered Duty Paid (DDP)*:

The following countries are covered by the Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) when ordering for shipment. The prices stated on the product page already include custom duties and value-added tax, so there are no additional charges.

Orders to be shipped to areas covered by Delivered at Place (DAP)*:

For orders to be shipped to a Delivered at Place (DAP) covered area (areas not covered by DDP as noted above), the prices on the FARFETCH product page do not include duties and other taxes. In this case, additional duties and taxes may be required to be paid to the carrier for the receipt of the products in the future. FARFETCH cannot predict the exact amount of customs duties and other taxes. For more information, please contact your local customs and tax authorities. 

Should an order be seized/abandoned due to certain circumstances, neither Farfetch nor the Partners are able to retrieve the order and you may not be refunded for your purchase. These circumstances include, but are not limited to:

• Failure to Provide Required Customs Documents: if the order is seized and cannot be recovered because you did not supply the necessary customs documents upon request and within a reasonable timeframe;
• Refusal to Pay Customs Duties: if the order is seized and cannot be recovered because you declined to pay the applicable customs duties;
• Unreachable Customer: if the order is seized and cannot be recovered because attempts to deliver were unsuccessful, and you were unreachable.

Orders to be shipped to your residential areas:

When ordering from within your own region, import duties do not apply. However, you may be required to pay VAT or local sales taxes. For customers in the UK, Canada, and the US, domestic taxes are determined and presented separately during the checkout process.

Orders shipped to the United States:

If you live in the United States and order products from FARFETCH's international brands and partner boutiques, U.S. Customs may request your IRS, EIN, or SSN numbers before approving delivery to your address. Don't worry - you usually have one week to provide this information before your order is returned to its original location for a refund.

Tax Refund on Returns and Refunds:

• If you return an order that has been shipped to an area subject to Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), you may be eligible for a refund of the order amount, including customs duties and value-added taxes, excluding shipping charges, for goods that meet FARFETCH's Return Policy Criteria.
• If you return an order that has been shipped to an area subject to Delivered at Place (DAP), customs duties and other taxes incurred during customs clearance will not be refunded through FARFETCH. In this case, please contact the customs office or the relevant shipping company directly.

* Delivered Duty Paid (DDP): Trade terms and conditions covering all risks and costs incurred until import customs clearance costs, customs duties, and goods are delivered after the seller (exporter) arrives at the designated destination.

We will send you an order confirmation email upon receiving your order. If necessary, we may contact you separately to confirm your payment information. Once the partner boutique ships the product, we will send you an email with the tracking number. Please note that it may take up to 2 business days from order acceptance for the shipment to occur.

The delivery time for your package, after dispatch, is typically between 2 to 7 business days, depending on your address and selected shipping option. In the event of any issues during the order process, we will promptly notify you via email and provide relevant information. We may also request additional information if needed. All products are shipped directly from FARFETCH's partner boutiques and brand stores. If you have ordered products from multiple FARFETCH boutiques, please note that they will be shipped separately from each boutique and may have different delivery times. While FARFETCH cannot be held responsible for any delays in customs clearance or payment processes, we will make every effort to minimize potential delays.
