Orders and delivery
Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email, however this does not mean that the order has been validated. There is a 48-hour waiting period for your payment to be processed and approved, and for the brand to confirm stock availability. You will then receive a confirmation email, at which point the delivery times will begin counting.
If a problem occurs during the processing of your order, we will contact you by phone or email, and if necessary, ask for more information.
All items are sent directly from our partnered multi-brand stores or boutiques. If your order contains products from more than one store, you will receive them separately. You will receive emails containing the status of your order and delivery. For more information, go to 'MY ACCOUNT' to check all statuses, such as "preparing stock", "Billing", "Shipped" and "Delivered".
Delivery time varies depending on the order type (national or international) and the address you provide for receipt. For more information, please visit our DELIVERY section. Should you not receive your order, please contact us within 30 days after your order was sent. If you contact us after this period, we cannot guarantee reimbursement.
Delivery to PO Boxes, Army Post Office (APO) and Fleet Post Office (FPO) addresses is currently unavailable.
Changed your mind? No problem, you can either cancel your order by following the steps below or by contacting FARFETCH customer service. Your statutory rights in relation to cancellation/withdrawal (as set out in section 10 of the Terms and Conditions) are not affected.
To cancel your order:
1. Go to 'Orders and Returns' in your FARFETCH account.
2. Select the items you wish to cancel and the reason for the cancelation.
3. We will email you a confirmation of your canceled order and the reversal will be automatically carried out within 48 business hours. We will also notify you by e-mail once reimbursement is finalized.
*We also accept the cancelation of customized items, in line with the same 24h period from the date of purchase.
If the self-service cancellation option is not available, please contact FARFETCH customer service.
If you choose to cancel your order before it has been prepared for shipment (usually when the shipping label is printed), your order will not be sent out to you and you will receive a full refund, including any shipping costs. If you choose to cancel your order after it has been prepared for shipment (usually when the shipping label is printed), we offer a free return service. Once the returned products have been received and accepted, you will receive a full refund, including shipping costs. If your order has already been prepared, we cannot cancel it, but we offer a free returns service. You can find more information on canceling and returning orders in our Returns Policy.
DELIVERY FOR NATIONAL PRODUCTS
- FARFETCH delivers throughout Brazil via DHL courier and/or Post Office, depending on availability;
- Products leave the partner store directly and are sent to the address you chose;
- The shipping cost for national products is R$ 24,99;
- Estimated delivery is within 3-7 business days after your payment has been processed, which can take up to 48 hours;
- To check the progress of your delivery, go to the courier's website and enter the tracking number provided in the email we sent you.
All delivery times quoted on the website are estimates based on our logistic partner's availability.
DELIVERY FOR INTERNATIONAL PRODUCTS
- FARFETCH delivers throughout Brazil via DHL/FedEx courier;
- The shipping cost for international products is R$ 99,00;
- Products leave the partner store directly and are sent to the address you chose;
- Delivery time for international products is 3 to 7 business days after your payment has been processed, which can take up to 48 hours;
- If your region is not served by DHL/FedEx, your order will be processed for delivery via another of our partnered couriers.
- To check the progress of your delivery, go to DHL/FedEx's website and enter the tracking number provided in the email we sent you.

- Customs fees are included in the price;
- Estimated delivery times refer to the city of São Paulo and main capitals. For other locations, delivery times may vary.
** If the product's final cost (plus taxes, fees and shipping) exceeds US$ 3,000.00 or equivalent (according to the exchange rate at the date of purchase), delivery time may exceed 7 business days.
*** In these cases, the transaction will no longer fall under Standard Instruction SRF 611/2006, changing its Simplified Customs Dispatch procedure to Customs Dispatch, under Standard Instruction 680/2006 SRF. According to this procedure, the final recipient of the product may be notified by the Federal Revenue that the product(s) is/are held for analysis with Brazilian customs. FARFETCH will always provide its customers with free administrative support should it be necessary to present evidence to customs authorities.

All FARFETCH orders are shipped with Direct Signature Required (DSR). This means the order must be signed upon delivery. We kindly ask that you track your order and ensure availability at the time of delivery. If there is no availability to receive and sign the order, the carrier may, at their sole discretion, attempt another delivery or redirect the parcel to a designated collection point. Please note that if the order is not received or collected within the carrier’s timeframe, it will be returned to origin (RTO).
Our prices already include all additional costs in relation to customs clearance and local taxes. These additional costs are not under the control of FARFETCH. To know the exact amount of import taxes applicable to your online order, we recommend that you contact our logistics partner, DHL.
The IRS has the right to bar the merchandise in order to verify and confirm the value of the imported merchandise.*

When ordering from within your own region, import duties do not apply. However, you may be required to pay VAT or local sales taxes. For customers in the UK, Canada, and the US, domestic taxes are determined and presented separately during the checkout process.

Should an order be seized/abandoned due to certain circumstances, neither Farfetch nor the Partners are able to retrieve the order and you may not be refunded for your purchase. These circumstances include, but are not limited to:
- Failure to Provide Required Customs Documents: if the order is seized and cannot be recovered because you did not supply the necessary customs documents upon request and within a reasonable timeframe;
- Refusal to Pay Customs Duties: if the order is seized and cannot be recovered because you declined to pay the applicable customs duties;
- Unreachable Customer: if the order is seized and cannot be recovered because attempts to deliver were unsuccessful, and you were unreachable.
