More about the piece you liked
TAG Heuer’s Monaco timepiece was the first square and waterproof chronograph in the world and takes its name from the location of the 1969 racing film ‘Le Mans’, where it debuted on the wrist of Steve McQueen. This 39mm design boasts the same groundbreaking design elements as the prototype – from the famous crown that put an end to manual winding and silver sub-dials to the red chronograph hand and horizontal steel indexes. It’s powered by a calibre 11 automatic movement and is secured on a perforated leather strap modelled after racetrack asphalt.
