First released in 1950, the adidas Samba sneakers – named after the Brazilian music genre to increase popularity in South American countries – were created to provide footballers grip and stability on icy and hard surfaces. Nowadays, several iterations of the model are available, much like this one nicknamed "Mexico" after its white and green colourway. Its traditional low-top profile is enhanced with the usual serrated 3-Stripes and gum rubber outsole.
