FARFETCH Refresh enables you to clear out the clothes you no longer wear, make space for the closet you've always wanted and earn FARFETCH credit in an easy, hassle-free way — simply fill a bag and order a shipping label to get started.
We accept pre-owned women’s and children’s clothing, shoes and accessories from premium and luxury brands. Once received, your Clean Out Kit will be quality assessed and if it's not suitable for resale, it will be responsibly recycled or you can choose to have it returned to you for a small fee. Please note, pieces must meet the following three quality standards to be suitable for resale:
1. No signs of visible wear, including pilling, fading and shrinkage.
2. No damage, such as missing parts, rips, stains and odors.
3. No alterations, including missing sizing information.
Depending on the volume of items received, we aim to process your Refresh bag within three weeks. We will provide tracking links and progress updates via email.
Donating or reselling a piece extends its life by over two years on average which, in turn, reduces its carbon, waste and water footprints by over 80%.
