Shopping for gifts? Good news: we’re pleased to offer an extended returns period for purchases made during the holiday season. This applies to all orders placed between 17th November and 17th December.
You’ll need to use our free returns collection service to take advantage of this. Here’s how:
- Log in to ‘My Account’ by 3rd January 2018 to request a return
- Schedule your returns pick-up by 9th January 2018
Please ensure your return complies with our policy. Once it has been received, we will refund you via your original payment method, which can take up to 14 working days to process depending on your bank or payment provider. Returned items will be refunded in full excluding the cost of shipping, when using our free collections service.
Our last order date to receive your Farfetch pieces with Express Delivery in time for Christmas, is 16th December 2017.
Need a little more time to shop? We also offer F90, a 90-minute delivery service in 12 cities and a same day delivery service in 12 cities worldwide – full details of which can be foundhere. For the last-minute shoppers, please note that you’ll need to place your order by 21st December to ensure it’s with you before Christmas.
One last thing – it’s always best to order well in advance of Christmas, as we cannot guarantee these dates if there are issues with payment or if additional checks need to be made.
