Lunar New Year - holiday need to know
During the Lunar New Year holiday (from February 10th to February 17th, 2024), customs will suspend all customs clearance operations. As a result, there may be some delays in the delivery of orders confirmed before and during the Lunar New Year holidays.
Customer Service adjustment (mainland China):

Telephone: 10:00 - 17:00 / App online customer service: 09:00 - 18:00
Hong Kong (Macau) region: DHL delivery will be suspended from February 10th until February 13th, 2024. In case your order has yet to be cleared before February 9th, delivery delays may be expected. Please note: customer service channels will be operating as usual.
Taiwan region: DHL delivery will be suspended on February 8th until February 14th, 2024. In case your order has yet to be cleared before February 8th, delivery delays may be expected. Please note: customer service channels will be operating as usual.
Additionally, returns may be delayed during this period, but please rest assured that any delay caused by the Lunar New Year holiday will not affect your return period.
