Hi, here’s everything you need to know about FARFETCH Access.

These terms and conditions (and any other pages on the website and other documents referred to in these terms and conditions) ('Terms and Conditions’) set out the legal terms that apply to your participation in FARFETCH Access (‘FFA’). Please note that by participating in FFA, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

When we refer to 'you' or 'your' we mean you, the person participating in FFA. Where we refer to 'we', 'us' or 'our' we mean FARFETCH UK Limited, the provider of FFA. We are a company registered in England and Wales under company number 06400760 and our VAT number is GB 204 0769 35. Our registered office is at The Bower, 211 Old Street, London, EC1V 9NR.

These terms and conditions supplement our website terms and conditions and our privacy and cookies policy (including the Private Client Privacy Notice, if you are in the Private Client Tier), which you can find on our Customer Service pages on the website and apply to any purchases you make on, any of its sub-domains and any other websites operated by us or on our behalf and any mobile device application or desktop application developed by us or on our behalf (together, the 'websites' and 'website' being a reference to any one of them).

1) FFA Participation

To qualify for, and to participate in, FFA you must be aged 18 years or over.

You will be automatically enrolled in this loyalty programme as soon as you create a registered account on FARFETCH.

To opt-out of FARFETCH Access, go to your Access dashboard on the FARFETCH website and select 'Leave FARFETCH Access'. By doing so you agree that this will end your participation in FFA. Once your opt-out has been processed, you will no longer receive communications from the FFA programme and you will lose access to FFA benefits. If you opt-out of FFA, or you close your FARFETCH account, all FFA value will be removed from your account and you will lose your FFA tier status. If you later choose to opt-in, your FFA participation will reset from the date on which you opt back in, as if you are a new participant.

We're currently unable to merge FARFETCH accounts. If you have multiple FARFETCH accounts, we can migrate your order history and Access spend to your selected primary account. For support on this, please contact our Customer Service team.

"Check your Access dashboard for updates on your tier and rewards. You can find your Access dashboard in your FARFETCH account. Make sure you're subscribed to our push and email notifications, so we can send you updates about your Access membership. You can check and update your communication preferences in your FARFETCH account."

Business use (for example purchasing a product for the purpose of reselling) of FFA is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right in our sole discretion, at the point of purchase or retrospectively, to determine whether a purchase is business use.

2) Eligible Purchases

Once you create your FARFETCH account, you will be set in the lowest tier and after your first purchase, you will receive extra rewards. Upgrades of Tiers will happen once FFA value is acquired. FFA value is acquired by making a purchase on FARFETCH. FFA value will be calculated based on the monetary amount that is paid by you for a product. A FFA eligible purchase ('Eligible Purchase’) does not include any value attributed to a purchase (or part of a purchase) made using gift vouchers, promo codes or import/export costs. We have sole discretion over determining which purchases are Eligible Purchases for purposes of the FFA.

Value can only be earned on Eligible Purchases (which are not returned or cancelled). Value acquired will be applied to your account approximately 30 days after your last purchase. We may amend such period at our sole discretion at any time without notice.

3) Tiers

The tier threshold values may be communicated to you from time to time and are also available on our website.

The tier threshold relates to the monetary value we use to define the 5 Access tiers. This threshold, along with your annual spend on FARFETCH, is used to determine your Access tier. At the start of a new loyalty year, your spend will be reset to zero.

Once you have accrued enough value to take you to the next tier, and the value of any Eligible Purchases have been applied to your account in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, we will automatically move you up (extending the benefits of your new tier for another 12 months).

There is no cap on the value that can be earned in any FFA Period but we may review and amend the benefits, caps and tier thresholds at our sole discretion at any time.

Each tier unlocks a different set of rewards, such as exclusive discounts, private members’ sale, free shipping, welcome rewards and your annual birthday reward. Each reward is subject to additional and specific terms and conditions.

Spend value is calculated based on your payment currency. Certain calculations may be subject to foreign exchange fluctuations, applied at FARFETCH's discretion. FFA value cannot be transferred to another customer’s account.

4) Returns Period

We are pleased to offer a free extended returns collection service for Platinum and Private Client members. Your return items must reach the FARFETCH partner boutique or brand no later than 28 days after your delivery date. We recommend that you book your return pick-up within 21 days of your delivery date to ensure that it arrives at the relevant FARFETCH partner’s location within 28 days. All returns must comply with FARFETCH's Returns Policy.

For Bronze, Silver and Gold members, the standard Returns Policy applies to all purchases. Read the Returns Policy.

5) Other Important Information

You should ensure that the contact information on your FARFETCH account is accurate and up-to-date. We will not be responsible for any FFA value which is not applied to your account as a result of inaccurate details provided by you.

FFA value has no monetary value, cannot be transferred, bought, sold, in any way or traded or used to purchase products on the website.

You understand and agree that we may use data from your FARFETCH account, in accordance with our Privacy & Cookies Policy, for the purposes of analysis and so that specific recommendations and offers may be made to you.

You can update your email communication preferences in the shopping preferences tab in your account. Alternatively, follow the unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of our promotional emails.

In the event that we determine there has been business use or any abuse of the FFA by you, we can take any action we deem appropriate in our sole discretion, including closing or suspending your FARFETCH account and/or downgrading your tier.

We reserve the right to refuse, close or merge additional FARFETCH accounts at any time. We may cancel, withdraw or alter these terms and conditions and FARFETCH Access programme/benefits at any time without notice.
