AREA Corsets & Vests
AREA corset tops and vests are equal parts sculpture, jewelry and clothing. Sharing its brand name with the spirit of an iconic ‘80s Manhattan nightclub, the brand was envisioned by Parsons graduates Beckett Fogg and Piotrek Panszczyk. Pieces are led by a maximalist language of silk, satin, lace, appliqués and crystals. Drawn to these textiles on an emotional level, embody the retro-futuristic spirit of butterfly tops.
