Lunar New Year - holiday need to know
During the Lunar New Year holiday (from January 28th to February 04th, 2025), customs will suspend all customs clearance operations. As a result, there may be some delays in the delivery of orders confirmed before and during the Lunar New Year holidays.
Customer Service adjustment (mainland China):

February 3rd - February 4th

Hong Kong (Macau) region: During the Lunar New Year holiday, most carriers service in Hong Kong (Macau) region will be suspended on January 29th until February 2nd, 2025. In case your order hasn't been cleared before January 28th, delivery delays may be expected. Please note: customer service channels will be operating as usual.
Taiwan region: During the Lunar New Year holiday, most carriers service in Taiwan region will be suspended on January 26th until February 2nd, 2025. In case your order hasn't been cleared before January 25th, delivery delays may be expected. Please note: customer service channels will be operating as usual.
Additionally, returns may be delayed during this period, but please rest assured that any delay caused by the Lunar New Year holiday will not affect your return period.
