The morning fog glooms with a faint air of mystery, the warm-coloured leaves fall upon the cold, wet ground and the piquant smell of cinnamon fills the nostrils. Hoodie season is officially upon us.
Believe it or not, there’s a hoodie out there to suit everyone. Gone are the days when the cosy layer was reserved to BMX-riding, off-licence-thieving high-school thugs; it’s now a garment worn by fashion’s superstars, and one that’s been adopted and interpreted by the biggest brands in the game. Wearable with everything from jersey shorts to cargo pants; a hoodie can simply be thrown on top of any (already fire) ensemble.
So, whether your autumn plans involve watching Netflix’s reboot of Sabrina with a chai latte in hand, or taking a stroll through your local park whilst listening to Adele (the voice of fall since that sepia-filtered ‘Hello’ video): make sure you do it wearing a hoodie. Ideally one of these 10.
