Shipping Information

Depending on the shipping service selected, orders placed on Farfetch can be delivered every day of the week. Shipping costs will vary depending on the service selected, as well as the origin and destination of your chosen pieces. Express delivery is available for all destinations and Standard delivery is available in some countries. All relevant delivery options available for your order and to your destination will be displayed at checkout.

Depending on your location, we also offer a Flat Shipping Fee for orders above the following thresholds:

EUROPE

  • United Kingdom : 150 GBP
  • Spain, Netherlands, Italy, Germany, France: 200 EUR
  • Sweden: 1340 SEK
  • Denmark: 1050 DKK
  • Romania: 220 EUR

This means you can purchase multiple pieces from multiple locations for one shipping fee. The amount of the Flat Shipping Fee is based on the lowest price shipping option available for the item in your order, which travels the farthest to reach you.

All relevant delivery options available for your order and to your destination will be displayed at checkout.

Shipping Times:

Express service for most of Europe and the USA: delivery within 2-4 days. Rest of the world: delivery within 3-7 days

Standard service for selected countries: delivery within 2-6 days.

Please keep in mind that our shipping times should be used as a guide only and are based on time from dispatch. Farfetch cannot take responsibility for customs clearance delays or failed payment approval, though we will try to minimise any potential delays.

Our orders can be delivered by DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT, or DPD.

DUTIES & TAXES

we include the cost of value added tax ("VAT") and duties in your order, so you won't need to pay any additional fees if you are located in any of the locations below:

United Kingdom, Lebanon, Egypt, U.A.E, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, European Union, USA, Canada, Brazil, China Mainland, Taiwan Region, Hong Kong SAR, Australia, New Zealand, Puerto Rico, Switzerland, Singapore, Republic of Korea, India, Norway, Thailand, Japan, Mexico, Argentina, Spain, Chile, Colombia, Isle of Man, San Marino and Bahrain.

If you are ordering from within your own customs zone or country, import duties will not be applicable however you may need to pay VAT or local sales and use taxes. For the UK and the USA, these are included at checkout.

If a DAP (Delivery At Place) destination is selected (i.e. customers outside of the countries listed above), the price you pay to Farfetch will exclude all relevant import duties and sales taxes. As the recipient of the order, you must instead pay these duties and taxes directly to our carrier to release your order from customs. As we are unable to advise the exact amount, we recommend contacting your local customs office or tax authority before placing a DAP order.

SHIPPING TO USA

For international orders shipped to customers in the US, please be aware that US Customs may ask for your IRS, EIN or SSN number before enabling delivery to your address. You will normally have one week to provide this information before your order is returned to the Farfetch partner for a refund.

ORDER TRACKING

After placing an order, you will receive an email containing all the details. We may also be in touch if we need further information to verify your payment. Once your order is confirmed, it will be dispatched within 2 business days.

Depending on your location and chosen shipping method, delivery takes 2-7 business days after it's dispatched. We will keep you updated with tracking information and an estimated delivery date. You can also follow its journey by heading to ‘My Orders’ in your account, or if you opted for guest checkout, you can track the status of your order here.

If you order from multiple Farfetch partners, please keep in mind that your items will arrive separately. While we aim to always deliver within the specified times, we aren’t responsible for delays due to customs clearance or failed payment approval.

CANCELLATION

Changed your mind? Some of our Partners allow you to cancel an item before we prepare your order.

To cancel your order:

  1. Go to 'Orders & Returns' if you have an account, or click here if you placed an order as a guest.

  2. Select the items you want to cancel and your reason for cancellation.

  3. We'll email you a confirmation of your cancelled order.

If your order's already been prepared, we can't cancel your order — but we do offer a Free Returns service. You can find more info on cancelling and returning orders in our Return & Refunds Policy.

F90 STORE TO DOOR IN 90 MINUTES

Our new F90 service offers you the unique opportunity to shop at Farfetch and receive delivery within 90 minutes. Once an F90 order is placed, it’s then carefully prepared in store by the Farfetch team and hand-delivered by a luxury Farfetch courier, wrapped in our exclusive Farfetch packaging.

F90, Store to Door in 90 minutes is currently offered from selected Farfetch partners and boutique partners in Berlin, Dubai,Hong Kong, LA, London, Madrid, Milan, New York, Paris and São Paulo. If F90 is available for your location, you will be presented with the option while you shop. This premium service is available Monday to Friday, between 8am and 6pm.

If you decide your purchase isn’t quite right, we also offer a complimentary return service. Simply call +44 (0) 20 3984 8044 and our Customer Service team will arrange a 2 hour collection window for the next working day. They are available Sunday - Thursday 10am - 7pm Dubai time.

CUSTOMISED ITEMS

We hope you’re excited to order your customised item! Due to the nature of this order, manufacturing lead times may vary as it is created specifically for you. Please consult the product page for more information on manufacturing times.
