In 2018, the partnership between adidas and Japanese designer Yohji Yamamoto resulted in the Y-3 Saikou sneaker. This sleek black silhouette starts with a lightweight Primeknit upper with mesh panels and an exposed lacing system. Below, the mudguard comes with soft ridges that ride up the mid-panel, and a Boost midsole that offers plenty of cushion.
