Julien Martinez fell in love with hand-braided leather while touring a workshop in the region of Alicante. Combining his knowledge of the Parisian fashion scene with the age-old Spanish technique, the designer founded his footwear brand, Souliers Martinez. Shoes are characterized by smooth leather and striking block heels, including Chueca and Elena boots.
