Founder Filip Tysander met a British man, named Daniel Wellington, with a fondness for wearing his vintage watches on weathered NATO straps. Thus, the watch brand emerged, drawing upon this chance encounter. Today, Iconic Link, Classic Sheffield and Quadro square watches remain at the center of the collection.
