Nike Air Max 1

The Air sole has been present in Nike shoes since 1979, but it wasn’t until 1987 when Tinker Hatfield exposed the unit on the Nike Air Max 1 that the technology really came into its own. The Air Max 1 revolutionised the sneaker market and changed the game forever. Thirty years on it’s the gift that keeps on giving, featuring in a multitude of funky colourways – including metallic and leopard print.
