Air Max 1 Anniversary sneakers

The 30th anniversary celebration for the Air Max 1 continues with another momentous re-release of the iconic Air Max 1 “Anniversary” in the OG Game Royal-accented colourway. Nike designer Tinker Hatfield introduced the Air Max, featuring the first-ever visible air unit, to the world in 1987. The aforementioned colourway and its Sport Red counterpart returned early 2017 in a limited release to celebrate Air Max Day. The Swoosh brand brings the Game Royal pair back, this time as a much more widely available release. This iteration of the Air Max 1 maintains its OG shape and details. The Game Royal hue covers the suede mudguard and Swoosh, along with the Nike branding on the heel and tongue. Grey suede and white mesh panelling balances the rest of the shoe.
