Shipping Information

Farfetch orders are delivered Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm. As every order is unique, shipping costs will vary depending on the size, weight and destination of your chosen items. For those last minute purchases, Express delivery is available to most destinations.

Depending on your location, we also offer a Flat Shipping Fee for orders above the following thresholds: 150 GBP, 250 USD, 200 EUR, 300 AUD, 300 CAD, 18000 RUB, 28000 JPY, 1500 CNY, 280000 KRW, 350 SGD, 150 CHF, 2500 MXN, 2000 HKD and 580 BRL.

This means you can purchase multiple pieces from multiple locations for one shipping fee. The amount of the Flat Shipping Fee is based on the lowest price shipping option available for the item in your order, which travels the farthest to reach you.

All relevant delivery options available for your order and to your destination will be displayed at checkout.

Shipping Times:

DHL EXPRESS: Most of Europe and USA: delivery within 2-4 days Rest of the world: delivery within 3-7 days

UPS STANDARD: Available in Europe and the USA: delivery within 5-7 days

UPS EXPRESS SAVER: Only available in the USA: delivery within 2-4 days

Please keep in mind that our shipping times should be used as a guide only and are based on time from dispatch. Farfetch cannot take responsibility for customs clearance delays or failed payment approval, though we will try to minimise any potential delays.

DUTIES & TAXES

we include the cost of value added tax ("VAT") and duties in your order, so you won't need to pay any additional fees if you are located in any of the locations below:

European Union, The United Kingdom, USA, Canada, China Mainland, Australia, New Zealand, Puerto Rico, Switzerland, Singapore, Republic Of Korea, Kuwait, Mexico, Qatar, India, Norway, Saudi Arabia, Taiwan Region, Thailand, U.A.E, Japan, Brazil, Isle of Man, San Marino, Colombia, Chile, Argentina, Egypt, Lebanon, Hong Kong SAR, The Canary Islands and Bahrain.

If you are ordering from within your own customs zone or region, import duties will not be applicable however you may need to pay VAT or local sales and use taxes. For the UK and the USA, these are included at checkout.

If a DAP (Delivery At Place) destination is selected (i.e. customers outside of the destinations listed above), the price you pay to FARFETCH will exclude all relevant import duties and sales taxes. As the recipient of the order, you must instead pay these duties and taxes directly to our carrier to release your order from customs. As we are unable to advise the exact amount, we recommend contacting your local customs office or tax authority before placing a DAP order.

SHIPPING TO USA

For international orders shipped to customers in the US, please be aware that US Customs may ask for your IRS, EIN or SSN number before enabling delivery to your address. You will normally have one week to provide this information before your order is returned to the FARFETCH partner for a refund.

ORDER TRACKING

After placing an order, you will receive an email from us containing all the details of your purchase. We may also be in touch if we need further information to verify your payment. Once your order is approved, the relevant Farfetch partner will aim to dispatch it within 2 business days.

Depending on your location, delivery will normally take 2-7 business days from dispatch. We’ll be sure to keep you updated with tracking information and an estimated arrival date. You can also follow the delivery progress under ‘My Orders’ in your Farfetch account.

If you order from multiple Farfetch partners, please keep in mind that your items will arrive separately. While we aim to always deliver within the specified times, we aren’t responsible for delays due to customs clearance or failed payment approval.

CANCELLATIONS

As your purchase will be prepared quickly for dispatch, please contact Customer Service as soon as possible to cancel or make any changes to an order. While we’re unable to cancel an order once it has been processed by a Farfetch partner, we offer a Free Returns service.

If you ordered a customised item, we can only accept cancellations up to 48 hours after you placed the order.

F90 STORE TO DOOR IN 90 MINUTES

Our new F90 service offers you the unique opportunity to shop at Farfetch and receive delivery within 90 minutes. Once an F90 order is placed, it’s then carefully prepared in store by the Farfetch team and hand-delivered by a luxury Farfetch courier, wrapped in our exclusive Farfetch packaging.

F90, Store to Door in 90 minutes is currently offered from selected Farfetch partners and boutique partners in Berlin, Dubai, Hong Kong SAR, LA, London, Madrid, Milan, New York, Paris and São Paulo. If F90 is available for your location, you will be presented with the option while you shop. This premium service is available Monday to Friday, between 8am and 6pm.

If you decide your purchase isn’t quite right, we also offer a complimentary return service. Simply call +44 (0) 20 3984 8044 and our Customer Service team will arrange a 2 hour collection window for the next working day. They are available Sunday - Thursday 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Doha time.

CUSTOMISED ITEMS

We hope you’re excited to order your customised item! Due to the nature of this order, manufacturing lead times may vary as it is created specifically for you. Please consult the product page for more information on manufacturing times.
