L'Autre Chose was founded in 1987 in Porto Sant'Elpidio, located in the central Marche region – the heart of the Italian shoe district. L'Autre Chose footwear strikes the perfect balance between tradition and research, with styles like the T-Bar and Barbarella boot reaching iconic status. In 2005, the brand's first ready-to-wear collection was released, and in 2014 the label began to develop a line of bags, including the signature L'Autre Bag.
