Crafted from medium-weight calf suede, the leather is overdyed with a Japanese pigment derived from carbon powder. The skins undergo a washing process to achieve an uneven finish, while drumming with wax provides a natural, waxy texture. Due to the natural pigment, variations in shade are expected and will evolve with exposure to light and humidity.
