Huishan Zhang draws inspiration from the romantic juxtaposition of fiery passion and classic elegance in Eileen Chang’s 1994 novella Red Rose, White Rose to create this dramatic Mystique gown. It’s handcrafted in the brand’s atelier from lightweight silk organza embellished with fluttering pastel-pink and black plumage. A self-tie grosgrain sash belt helps temper the voluminous shape, while a cut-out at the back bares the form in contrast to the floor-length silhouette.
