Nike

One of the world’s great sportswear brands, Nike produces tens of thousands of pairs of sports shoes each year. Conceived in 1962 by Bill Bowerman and Philip Knight, the actual name Nike followed in 1978. The brand’s trademark ‘tick’ or ‘swoosh’ is now instantly recognisable the world over. The label constantly innovates on new designs and reissues its classic ones - in doing so, Nike has developed a cult following.
