If you want to look powerful in plaid this season, take your cue from our four check mates in Off-White.

"I'm reliving my 90s glory days here: Back when I was a teenager skateboarding around Christchurch, New Zealand, I used to rock huge oversized hoodies with check shirts tied around my waist inspired by Ethan Hawke in Reality Bites. These days the legs are a little longer, the jeans a little more fitted, and the shoes entirely unsuitable for skateboarding."

“I'm a huge fan of playing around with proportions so I paired this oversized shirt by Off-White with skinny black jeans for an interesting contrast. I also really like sticking to a tight colour palette so I kept everything black and white.”

"The Off-White plaid shirt is the perfect shirt-jacket for the season. It's a thicker material than a typical shirt and I love all the attention to details. I paired it with a Fall seasonal colour in these olive green slim fitted cargo pants, then finished off the outfit with Off-White’s diagonal stripe print sneakers but it would look equally as good in black jeans and chelsea boots. It’s a go-to versatile ensemble that anyone can easily pull off."

Wearing all black is easy during the colder months, but with Off-White’s check shirts I like the multi-colored plaid look for a more fun outfit. That’s why I chose the orange plaid shirt and mixed it with quilted joggers and high-top sneakers to have some colour but not be too loud. It’s my way of having fun with street-style.
