Prada's original logo was designed in 1919, after the Italian house received the Royal family's patronage. In the design, the brand's lettering was framed by the House of Savoy knotted rope - the Savoy knot persevered as a house motif and appears on this jumper in an enlarged intarsia-knit pattern.
