Click & Collect
HOW IT WORKS
Once you have finished adding items to your shopping bag, go to the checkout under ‘Summary’.
Select 'Click & Collect' and enter a city or Farfetch partner to search for a convenient collection location.
Choose the location nearest you and enter your payment details to complete your order.
We'll email you when your order has been carefully prepared and sent on its way, and also when it's ready to collect.
If you are collecting from a Farfetch partner, please take photo ID and your collection confirmation email with you.
If you are collecting from a Doddle location, please take photo ID and your Doddle confirmation email or SMS containing a unique collection code.
Your order will be available for collection at your chosen location for 7 days before it is returned to the original Farfetch partner for a refund.
If you have ordered from multiple Farfetch Partners, please keep in mind that your items may arrive at the collection location at different times. Not to worry. We will keep you updated every step of the way.
WHERE CAN I COLLECT MY PURCHASE?
Click & Collect is available in a number of Farfetch partners or at over 20 Doddle locations in London. Use the map to find your nearest location or view ‘Doddle Locations’ below to check our list of Doddle locations.
IS THERE A CHARGE FOR CLICK & COLLECT?
Click & Collect is free if you are collecting your purchase at the same Farfetch partner you ordered from. If you are collecting from an alternative Farfetch partner or from a Doddle location, then a delivery fee will apply. This will be calculated at checkout.
HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO COLLECT MY ORDER?
You have 7 days from receiving your collection confirmation email to pick up your order from your chosen location. If your order is not collected within 7 days, it will be returned to the original Farfetch partner you ordered from. Once received by the original Farfetch partner, we will send you an email to confirm the completion of your refund.
HOW DO I RETURN MY CLICK & COLLECT PURCHASE?
If you process your return through our Free Returns service, you have 14 days from receiving your collection confirmation email to return an item to the Farfetch partner you ordered from.
To ensure your return arrives back in good time, we recommend that you take your item to a participating Click & Collect location within 7 days of receiving your collection confirmation email.
Go to 'Orders & Returns' in your Farfetch account and select ‘In-store’ to arrange your return. You must take your unique returns number (RMA) with you when dropping off your item.
Alternatively, you can use our Free Returns pick up service, even if you originally collected your order through Click & Collect. Further information can be found in our Returns Process section.
Please note: Our Free Return Service does not apply if you choose to cancel your order under the CCRs (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013) further detailed in our Returns Policy.
CAN I CHANGE THE COLLECTION LOCATION FOR MY ORDER?
Unfortunately, you are unable to change the chosen Click & Collect location once you have placed your order.
CAN SOMEONE ELSE COLLECT MY ORDER?
So that we can keep collections safe and secure, you will need to collect the order yourself. If you are collecting from a Farfetch partner, you must bring photo ID and your collection confirmation email. If you're collecting from a Doddle location, please bring photo ID and your Doddle confirmation email or SMS containing a unique code.
Farfetch is pleased to offer our Click & Collect service, available in a selection of locations around your city. Now you can purchase online and collect your item from a participating Farfetch partner or from a Doddle location.
Doddle offers over 20 convenient locations around London, open early until late, 7 days a week. Each Doddle location is complete with secure facilities and most offer private changing rooms, so you can try on your purchase and even make an immediate return if you decide it's not right for you.
