‘The inspiration for this collection comes from a personal place for me and Christine,’ says Josh Goot, co-founder of the New York-based label, of their latest tailoring collection. ‘These are the clothes that we want to wear.’ ‘We work to create the perfect version of each singular wardrobe staple,’ adds Christine. Here, two men of the moment style the new collection and share their favourite pieces. Shop the collection below.
‘When it comes to my tailoring it’s all about fit – pieces that are not too slim-fitting or too oversized. The pieces I’m wearing feel durable and well made. I tend to dress in streetwear, but I’d say this tailoring collection fits into my wardrobe at about an 80% success rate.’
‘I like my tailoring to be sharp but edgy – I don’t like to look too "in place". I could live and die in this coat from Wardrobe.NYC’s new collection. When it comes to tailoring, Josh and Christine know what they’re doing. I’ve always been a fan of the brand – these are quality pieces I can incorporate into my everyday style, no matter how I’m feeling.’
