Nicholas Kirkwood’s elegant Casati takes its name from the 20th century icon and Man Ray muse, Marchesa Luisa Casati who Kirkwood became fascinated with after hearing tales about her pet leopards. These black cotton and leather Casati pearl combat boots from Nicholas Kirkwood feature a round toe, a lace fastening, a mid-calf length, a pull tab at the rear and a low block heel with a pearl embellishment.
