Discover Charlotte Tilbury’s new Beautiful Skin Radiant Concealer
Described by Charlotte Tilbury as ‘shapewear for the eyes and face’, this new addition to the makeup artist’s best-selling range of complexion products is designed to do more than conceal. A makeup bag must-have available in 30 shades, the Beautiful Skin Radiant Concealer promises your perfect match to cover blemishes, brighten eyes, contour and create a luminous glow.
Supercharged with skincare ingredients, this concealer marries brightening coverage with the hydrating benefits of an eye cream. Finely milled mica-pearls and blurring silica are joined by hyaluronic acid, vitamin C and pore-refining niacinamide to create a radiant, smoothing formula that's comfortable to wear for up to 16 hours.
The perfect prep
For a luminous, long-wearing base, prep your skin with Charlotte Tilbury’s Magic Cream moisturizer, applied in upward strokes and taps to boost circulation. To depuff the eye area, reach for the Cryo-Recovery Eye Serum, then complete your skincare routine with the Cryo-Recovery Mask for smoother and firmer-looking skin.
A spectrum of shades
Designed in a palette of 30 medium-coverage colors, the Beautiful Skin Radiant Concealer offers a match for every purpose, no matter your shade or undertone. Working seamlessly with the rest of Charlotte Tilbury’s makeup tool kit, each hue pairs perfectly with all 30 shades of the Beautiful Skin Foundation.
Meet your match
To conceal blemishes, opt for the shade that matches directly with your Beautiful Skin Foundation. For a natural brightening effect, choose an under-eye color that’s one shade lighter than the one you use to conceal. Your contour option will be two tones deeper than the concealer shade — but you can go even deeper for a dramatic, defined look.
For the perfect application, Charlotte Tilbury’s global pro artist Sam Tsan prefers to apply the product ‘directly from the doe foot applicator in small amounts, then use a ring finger to pat in and the Hollywood Complexion brush to seamlessly blend.’ For a full-face look, use your conceal shade to cover blemishes or fine lines. Blend your contour shade into the hollows of your cheekbones, along the temples and jawline or sides of the nose to create a subtly sculpted look.
The eye-lifting technique
To illuminate the eye area and achieve a natural-looking lifted effect, Tsan advises using a concealer no more than two shades lighter than your coverage shade. ‘Apply to the inner corner of your eye and below your lash line, then sweep out in upward strokes towards the temple. This will give you that instantly brightened, lifted look, while the skincare-infused formula actively works to reduce the appearance of dark circles over time,’ she explains.
