Patou’s Guillaume Henry says the dramatic silhouette of this top is inspired by the Sunday evening clubs he used to attend in Paris. It’s cut from recycled pink faille to hold the volume and structure of the puff sleeves and ruffled neckline, which is threaded with a drawstring bow so it can be worn off the shoulder.
