Click & Collect
HOW IT WORKS
Once you have finished adding items to your shopping bag, go to the checkout under ‘Summary’.
Select 'Click & Collect' and enter a city or Farfetch partner to search for a convenient collection location.
Choose the location nearest you and enter your payment details to complete your order.
We'll email you when your order has been carefully prepared and sent on its way, and also when it's ready to collect.
When collecting your order, please take photo ID and your collection confirmation email with you.
Your order will be available for collection at your chosen location for 7 days before it is returned to the original Farfetch partner for a refund.
If you have ordered from multiple Farfetch Partners, please keep in mind that your items may arrive to the collection location at different times. Not to worry. We will keep you updated every step of the way.
WHERE CAN I COLLECT MY PURCHASE?
IS THERE A CHARGE FOR CLICK & COLLECT?
If you are collecting your order at the Farfetch partner you ordered from, there is no delivery charge. If you are collecting your order from an alternative Farfetch partner, then you will be charged delivery. This will be calculated at checkout.
HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO COLLECT MY ORDER?
You have 7 days from receiving your collection confirmation email to pick up your order from your chosen location. If your order is not collected within 7 days, it will be returned to the original Farfetch partner you ordered from. Once received by the original Farfetch partner, we will send you an email to confirm the completion of your refund.
HOW DO I RETURN MY CLICK & COLLECT PURCHASE?
If you process your return through our free returns service, you have 14 days from receiving your collection confirmation email to return an item to the Farfetch partner you ordered from.
To ensure your return arrives back in time, we recommend that you take your item to a participating Click & Collect location within 7 days of receiving your collection confirmation email.
Head to 'Orders & Returns' in your account or here if you placed your order through guest checkout, and select ‘in-store’ to arrange your return. You must take your unique returns number (RMA) with you when dropping off your item(s).
Alternatively you can use the free collection service even if you picked up your order from a Farfetch partner.[Click here for full details]
CAN I CHANGE THE COLLECTION LOCATION FOR MY ORDER?
Unfortunately, you are unable to change the chosen Click & Collect location once you have placed your order.
CAN SOMEONE ELSE COLLECT MY ORDER?
So that we can keep collections safe and secure, you will need to collect the order yourself. When collecting your item from a Farfetch partner, you must bring photo ID and your collection confirmation email.
