Farfetch Login Terms of Use

1. ABOUT THIS DOCUMENT

The purpose of this document is to regulate the use of the Farfetch Login service (the “Farfetch Login”), which allows you to Login into our own or our partners’ websites and applications through the credentials of your Farfetch Account. Farfetch Login shall mean the service and content owned by Farfetch UK Limited, a company incorporated under the laws of England and Wales, with the registered address in The Bower, 211 Old Street, London EC1V 9NR (hereinafter "Farfetch”). 2. USE AND ACCESS TO THE FARFETCH LOGIN

By using the Farfetch Login you agree to use the service in accordance with its provisions. You undertake not to use the Farfetch Login illegally or to adversely affect the rights or interests of others or in any way contrary to these Terms of Use. You further agree not to act in a way that damages the Farfetch Login or impedes its correct functioning. Farfetch does not guarantee that the Farfetch Login, or any content on it, will always be available or be uninterrupted. Access to Farfetch Login is permitted on a temporary basis. We may suspend, withdraw, discontinue or change all or any part of the service without notice. We will not be liable to you if for any reason the service is unavailable at any time or for any period. You are responsible for making all arrangements necessary for you to have access to the service.

3. LIABILITY

Farfetch does not guarantee: (i) the infallibility, availability, continuity, absence of defects or security of the service; (ii) that the service it conveys is free of viruses or other harmful elements such as errors, omissions or inaccuracies and (iii) the privacy and security of the use of the service by its users. Consequently, you assume all risks that may arise from the use of the Website. Farfetch shall not be liable for any damages that may result from interference, omissions, interruptions, computer viruses, telephone faults or disconnections in the operation of the service, as well as delays or blockages in the operation of the service or any interference by third parties in it.

4. THE PARTNERS’ WEBSITE AND CONTENT

Farfetch is not liable or responsible in any way for the contents, commercial activities, products or services that can be accessed in the Partners’ website through the Farfetch Login, where and when these are made available, directly or indirectly, through the service. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Farfetch reserves the right to withdraw, at any time and without notice, the service Farfetch Login from the Partners’ Website. Farfetch reserves the right to prevent or prohibit access to the Farfetch Login service to any Internet user who introduces in the service any unlawful content, who violates the rights or interests of third parties or partners or who commits an action contrbary to these Terms of Use, and further reserves the right to pursue legal action it deems appropriate to prevent this type of behavior.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND COPYRIGHT

The distinctive signs, drawings, texts, images, designs, icons and other content that are associated with the Farfetch Login service and any other intellectual creations and / or inventions or scientific and technical discoveries, whatever their business or industrial application (hereinafter, "content") are owned by Farfetch or by third parties who have licensed their use to Farfetch. You may not use the content without the express written consent of Farfetch, and may only obtain an authorization to view the content by using the Farfetch Login service. Notwithstanding the provisions contained in these Terms of Use, it is not allowed the reproduction, distribution, public communication, transformation, availability or any other form of exploitation of the content without the prior written permission of Farfetch or its licensors. If you know or have reasonable reason to know that any content on the Farfetch Login service infringes intellectual property rights or is otherwise unlawful, prejudicial to the rights or interests of others or contrary to public order or morality, you shall inform Farfetch.

6. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms of Use is governed by the laws of England and Wales. You agree that any dispute that may arise regarding the interpretation or enforcement thereof shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent England and Wales courts, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may be applicable.
