Farfetch is pleased to offer our new Click & Collect service, available in a selection of locations around your city. Now you can purchase online and collect your item from a participating Farfetch partner.
HOW IT WORKS
- Add an item to your shopping basket and go to the checkout
- At the checkout, select 'Click & Collect'
- Enter a city or Farfetch partner to search for a convenient location to collect from
- Select the Farfetch partner located nearest to you
- Enter your details and complete the secure online payment
- We'll email you when your order has been shipped and also when it's ready to collect
- If you are collecting your order from a Farfetch partner, please take ID with your full name and collection confirmation email as proof of purchase
- Your order will be held at your chosen location for 7 days before it is returned to the original Farfetch partner for a refund
WHERE CAN I COLLECT MY PURCHASE?
IS THERE A CHARGE FOR CLICK & COLLECT?
If you are collecting your order at the Farfetch partner you ordered from, there is no delivery charge. If you are collecting your order from an alternative Farfetch partner, then you will be charged delivery. This will be calculated at checkout.
HOW LONG ARE ORDERS KEPT IN STORE FOR COLLECTION?
You have 7 days from receiving your collection confirmation email to collect your order from your chosen Farfetch partner. If you do not collect your item within 7 days it will be returned to the Farfetch partner you ordered from. Once this step is completed, your refund will be processed.
HOW DO I RETURN MY CLICK & COLLECT PURCHASE?
You have 14 days from receiving your collection confirmation email to return the item to the original Farfetch partner (this doesn't have to be the one you collected from).
To ensure your return arrives back to the Farfetch partner you ordered from in good time, we strongly recommend that you take your item to a participating Farfetch partner within 7 days of receiving your collection confirmation email.
Go to Farfetch and select 'My Account', then 'Orders & Returns'. Click on the relevant order to return it to the Farfetch partner. You must take your unique returns number (RMA) with you when returning your item.
Alternatively you can use the free collection service even if you picked up your order from a Farfetch partner.[Click here for full details]
HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RETURN MY PURCHASE?
We recommend that you take your item back to the Farfetch partner you collected your item from within 7 days of receiving your collection confirmation email, to ensure that it arrives back to its original location in time.
CAN I CHANGE THE COLLECTION LOCATION FOR MY ORDER?
Unfortunately you cannot change the Farfetch partner once you have placed your order.
CAN SOMEONE ELSE COLLECT MY ORDER?
Unfortunately you will need to collect the order yourself. If you have collected your item from a Farfetch partner, you must bring ID with your full name and your collection confirmation email.
