How it works: your step-by-step guide
What can I donate?
We accept pre-owned women’s and men’s clothing, shoes and accessories from premium and luxury brands. Once received, your FARFETCH Donate package will be quality assessed and if it's not suitable for resale, it will be donated to charity shops or responsibly recycled. Please note, pieces must meet the following three quality standards to be suitable for resale:
1. No signs of visible wear, including pilling, fading and shrinkage.
2. No notable damage, such as missing parts, rips, stains and odors.
3. No alterations, including missing sizing information.
Depending on the volume of items received, we aim to process your Donate bag within three weeks. We will provide tracking links and progress updates via email.
