The role

Social Media Marketing Intern (3 Month Paid Placement)

The role

An exciting opportunity has arisen within the fast paced Farfetch Digital Marketing team in the Social Media department. We are looking for a highly organised and extremely driven individual to fill the role of Social Media marketing Intern.
The Social Media Marketing intern’s responsibilities will be to support the existing Social Media team members in the form of co-ordinating promotional projects, reporting and analysing current content as well as generally working toward maximising the efforts of the team. Resposibilities:

  • Schedule content in the agreed tone of voice to go live across the Farfetch Social Media profiles based upon briefing from Social Media Executives.

The role

You will be responsible for providing organic website and market place insights directly to the SEO team. Assistant Product Manager

The role

As the Assistant Product Manager you will sit between the business and the tech team as a key liaison for both teams. As a strong organizer you will need to coordinate activities across multiple teams. You will work across a variety of content and marketing projects, working with the Product Owners, design, UX, brand and digital marketing teams to define requirements that meet the needs of the business, the consumer and our overall product vision.
It will be your responsibility – working with the technical product owners, to ensure the seamless execution of content and marketing driven features online unifying processes between content management and the tech teams. Key Responsibilities:

Korean SEO Executive

The role

This role will be responsible for a number of different tasks on a day to day basis; writing category, sub category and designer descriptions and adding on-page SEO tags for our Korean market. You will also be responsible for generating content ideas that can be used on external websites to better the overall SEO efforts. Editorial Content Coordinator

The role

Farfetch’s seasonal content requires extensive planning and great depth of research in order for all of the departments to achieve their best outcome. From knowledge of the products currently online to the latest trends and industry news this position requires that you support and work along the Style Editor & the whole editorial team to help further the levels of excellency required by this fast paced business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Help with the creation of pre edits for both womenswear and menswear features and international features, maintaining and updating these on a weekly basis
  • Work with the team to help source imagery as inspiration for editorial features for all websites
  • Research editorials, imagery and news in order to compile a weekly summary of what is trending in the media to share with the wider editorial team. Present this as a weekly PDF file.
  • Work with the Fashion Assistant to coordinate arrival of stock from partners and chase PR's and boutiques for product used on Photoshoots & brand campaigns.
  • Help with the scheduling of shows and press days for the Editorial team to attend
  • Support the fashion assistant with stock returns during busy periods
  • Ensure we have a shoot calendar detailing information of stock requested from each boutique, maintaining a visual record of all stock requested per shoot
  • Entry log of all products and date of exit, recording any issues or damages stock might have sustained during Photoshoots
  • File and keep the responsive weekly files updated with any relevant content for E.U and U.S sites
  • Attend meetings with the Style Editor and VM manager to discuss content going on the pages
  • Gather information from the boutique questionnaires; liaise with the VM team to find out about new brands that have been approved and are going on the site
  • Keep up to date with our competitors and what they’re doing, highlighting key brands to the team

Digital Optimization Lead

The role

As a digital optimisation lead you will be responsible for assisting the SEO Manager and Head of SEO with specific projects and on-site campaigns. You will act as the go-to-person for all country executives and copywriters ensuring all regions are working to strict targets using the most up-to-date proven methods for best ranking results.
You will have a proven ability in understanding how to optimise all Farfetch content for all search engines around the world. This will primarily mean organising the required content areas of Farfetch and tracking the progress of optimisation and the results delivered.
We are looking for someone who is very well organised that can lead projects across multiple departments while still working on their own optimisation targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify technical issues which are missing/outstanding on each Farfetch local market and work with the SEO Manager and product managers to resolve

The role

This role is responsible for overseeing the Business Development of the Jewellery Category within Farfetch. The role

The role sits within the Marketing department and is responsible for supporting the Editorial Content Coordinator to collate content for the recently launched Farfetch Discover app. In addition to this, you will also assist the Editorial team with the delivery of photographic imagery for the Farfetch website and other ad-hoc marketing materials, ensuring that it is on-brand and of the highest quality.

IT Support Assistant

The role

The role is responsible for supporting the UK office (approx. 170 users) with IT-related issues and technical advice, providing responsive 1st & 2nd line desktop support, maintenance/troubleshooting of existing systems and installation of new software and hardware.

The Role

This role will be responsible for supporting the rollout of the global Internal Communications strategy for our fast growing, luxury e-commerce business. The role

In this role you will be the key stakeholder for the Farfetch Discover app. You will lead all marketing, content, strategic developments and experiences associated with the growth and development of the app, ensuring it becomes a key platform in the Farfetch marketing mix. The Role:

This role is responsible for working closely with the Director of PR and Communications to help create, execute and manage strategic initiatives to support the overall Global Brand Marketing message. The role

This position is an operational and administrative role defined to coordinate the delivery of all services and suppliers, ensuring the highest standards of accommodation and service provision for our NYC office.
The successful candidate will have exceptional experience within office & facilities management and be completely comfortable with overseeing the smooth operation of our NYC office supporting 6 employees and growing to 10 employees by the end of this year across our Business Development, Marketing, and Private Client (VIP) functions. Key Responsibilities:

Office Management

The Role:

You will write, edit or proof content and documents in different formats such as help tools, video tutorials, manuals, presentations and other forms, and share or upload them through multiple channels to the end users. This role is responsible for ensuring the highest level of service is given to and obtained from our North American boutique partnerships across United States and Canada.

This role is responsible for managing, optimizing and driving the sales and operational performance of our North American boutique partnerships. PR, Brand and Marketing Manager

The role:

The Country Brand and Marketing Manager is responsible for interpreting the Farfetch brand DNA and applying it to developing Farfetch's brand awareness. Our aim is to become the number one website for premium fashion in his/her market.
You will be reconciling P&L objectives (set by the country’s Managing Director) with the goal of achieving the number one position in terms of prompted and unprompted awareness in the country for online luxury fashion.
