Social Media Design Assistant

The Role

Due to continued growth, the Farfetch Social team are looking for a dedicated Social Media Design Assistant to create content for the Farfetch global social media profiles. You will have a proven track record of design experience and a strong creative eye; you will also be hugely passionate about all things social. Lead Analyst – Marketing Analytics

The Role

As the visionary lead analyst for the UK office you will manage a growing team of high performance analysts. The majority of your team will sit within the digital marketing team, however you will also manage other analysts who sit within and work primarily with other departments based in the London office. CRM Executive – Push

The Role

We are looking for an outstanding CRM executive to be the CRM lead for the Farfetch app.
This is a chance to work on a brand new digital marketing channel for Farfetch. You will work closely with the CRM email marketing team and key app stakeholders (product, performance marketing and content teams ) to identify the optimal engagement strategy for users who have downloaded the app, using push and other relevant techniques (rich inbox, interstitials etc.).
You will be responsible for analysing and improving the app digital marketing channel performance. Merchandising Manager

The Role

This role will be responsible for working with the Buying & Merchandising Director to define the overall Merchandising strategy, identifying growth opportunities within the product range and how/where to implement them. As a digital optimisation lead you will be responsible for assisting the SEO Manager and Head of SEO with specific projects and on-site campaigns. The Role:

The Courier Specialist is responsible for supporting the global Courier/Transports department in maximizing customer satisfaction and assuring timely delivery of orders through coordination with couriers, boutique partners, and Customer Service. This individual is also integral to the opening of new shipping territories and expanding the Farfetch transportation service offering.

The Role:

This role is responsible for ensuring the highest level of service is given to and obtained from our North American boutique partnerships across United States and Canada.
You will manage the core daily communication with our boutiques across commercial, operational and service requirements, ensuring excellent performance from boutiques even through peak times. Manager of Account Management and Partner Services

The Role:

This role is responsible for managing, optimizing and driving the sales and operational performance of our North American boutique partnerships. Korean Customer Service Adviser

The role:

The role is responsible for ensuring the highest levels of customer service are delivered to both our consumers and partners at all times and via every communication channel.
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager in Japan, you will have the opportunity to gain excellent hands-on experience in a fast-paced fashion marketing environment, which will broaden as the team grows.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer enquiries via several channels (Chat, Email and Telephone) both in Korean.
  • Provide information regarding products/services and other related enquiries

Your skills and experience:

PR, Brand and Marketing Manager

The role:

The Country Brand and Marketing Manager is responsible for interpreting the Farfetch brand DNA and applying it to developing Farfetch's brand awareness. Our aim is to become the number one website for premium fashion in his/her market.
You will be reconciling P&L objectives (set by the country’s Managing Director) with the goal of achieving the number one position in terms of prompted and unprompted awareness in the country for online luxury fashion.
This role will report to the local MD, but will have to be in constant co-ordination with the CMO and the global teams, ensuring that the essence of the brand message is the same globally while considering local language, cultural references, competition landscape and consumer habits.

You will be responsible for the following departments in their market:

  • PR & Communications, Brand Marketing, including advertising and media planning
  • Events and branding partnerships
  • Social Media (where applicable coordinate on global projects such as Instagram)
  • Plan and manage local Farfetch events to increase exposure and brand awareness
  • Editorial (where applicable as most content will be syndicated and local content needs global support)
  • Any other marketing activity excluding performance based digital marketing (such as SEO, Paid Search, Affiliates etc)

Your skills and experience:

  • Ideally a minimum 5-7 years’ experience within a similar role, leading a marketing department in a luxury fashion environment
  • Strong exposure to online marketing preferable, however offline experience will also be advantageous
  • Excellent understanding of the Farfetch brand and concept, with an appreciation for e-commerce and multichannel
  • Excellent communication skills, leadership, strategic ability, proven creativity and initiative
  • In depth knowledge of the local market with proven ability to successfully build brand awareness
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to think strategically
  • Experience working in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment, with competing deadlines and priorities
  • An exceptional planner
  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written
