    The fortunes of little-known Milanese accessories house Zagliani were transformed when former dermatologist Mauro Orietti-Carella joined the company and began to experiment with anti-ageing techniques on reptile skins. The result of his silicone and resin injections into python and crocodile hides is a super-soft, tactile quality that makes the house’s bags unique. Zagliani works with reptile skins in an ethical and responsible way so that environmental effects are minimal.
