Velvet fit & flare dress in black from Valentino Vintage. This long flared dress features a v-neck, a front button closure, long sleeves with shoulder padding, and a sheer lace back. Marked as a size US 10, but fits a 26" waist (more like a modern 2/4). Please note that vintage items are not new and therefore might have minor imperfections.
