Silent is the casual collection for men and women created by the Parisian avant-garde label Damir Doma. Renouncing decorative elements, the designs centre on pure, soft shapes and fluid volumes retaining the fabric’s raw form. Silent was first presented in October 2009 alongside the women’s ready-to-wear collections in Paris. The range offers beautifully finished men’s and women’s styles in jersey, knits and woven fabrics - as well as leather outerwear, shoes, and accessories crafted from carefully selected materials.

Boutique: Eva New York, New York

After retailer Stephanie Pappas shuttered the doors of her Mulberry Street shop in 2008, it was only a moment before she opened up her new location on Bowery in 2009. The New York boutique, at both past and present locations, is known for modern fashions and a minimalist aesthetic, as seen from the décor and designers hanging on the racks. Here, lively pieces from designers like C.Neeon complement moody drapes from the likes of Samantha Pleet, while a curated collection of art and photography fill in the remaining space.
