    Antonino Russo opened Via Vittorio Emanuele “PRIMO EMPORIO” in 1868, a boutique selling imported clothes from England and produced from Neapolitan’s master craftsmen. It was an unprecedented success. Nowadays Russo Capri’s Group of 15 boutiques has a restaurant in Via Camerelle named “EDODE”, one of the most glamorous restaurants on Capri’s island. All Russo’s boutiques are situated in Capri’s principal roads and offer the very best international fashion for men and women. Sartoria Caprese, the tailoring shop, is situated in the famous Capri’s square. From the beginning, the heart of the company lies in the intuitive skills and love for the beautiful products that are offered.

    Encouraged by Jean Cocteau, Marcel Rochas opened his first fashion house in 1931 under the name Rochas. Today Marcel Rochas is remembered as strong, influential designer with an international reputation, who anticipated many of the most prominent fashion trends of the 20th century. Rochas has found recent recognition for its fashion design when it chose Olivier Theyskens as its creative director in 2002. With new artistic injection Rochas continue to garner praise among fashion critics and to attract loyal followers whilst still staying true to Marcel Rochas original motto of 'Youth, Simplicity, and Personality.'
