Rick Owens made a name for himself in LA where he first launched his own label. In 2003 he moved to Paris where he now designs collections often labelled as glamour-meets-grunge. For the most part, his clothes are edgy but functional with asymmetric shapes, structural lines and slouchy jersey/knitwear. Rick Owens’ mainline has now evolved to include Rick Owens Lilies jersey collection for women and the Rick Owens DRKSHDW denim label for men and women.
