      'PS1' satchel

    SHIPPING FROM: Aloha Rag, Honolulu

The name may conjure up images of Hawaiian shirts and grass skirts, but this edgy boutique offers nothing of the sort. The opening of a new outpost in New York has brought hard-to-find, esoteric brands from Japan, the UK and the rest of the world to an East Coast audience.

    Designer: PROENZA SCHOULER

Proenza Schouler’s blend of minimalist silhouettes with exotic prints has been setting the bar for youthful, tailored fashion since Jack McCollough and Lazaro Hernandez launched the label in New York in 2002. It is named after the two designers’ mothers’ maiden names.
