Collaborating with Bruno Magli and Emilio Pucci, and formerly acting as Creative Director for men's and women's shoes at Gucci, Diego Dolcini designs for his own Dolcini line, while currently collaborating on shoes for Dolce & Gabbana.
Parisian shoe and accessory boutique Mell, which sits on Rue Royale, just off the city’s Place de la Concorde, is the creation of Philippe Melloul. For women with a weakness for high-end designer footwear, the store is like a little oasis, filled with tempting treats from the likes of Lanvin and Alexander McQueen. But what Melloul does best is mix in with these well-known names, a good selection of emerging design talent such as Behnaz Kanani and Berny Demore.
