The people behind the label pride themselves on the fact that they are creating genuine moccasins, i.e. that the sides and sole are one piece of leather sewn to the upper, with no gluing required. This means that the shoe can flex and shape itself to the wearer’s foot and hence provide real comfort – that’s the secret of Minnetonka’s success. And all the leathers are dyed using vegetable dyes so you know you’re wearing a totally natural product.
