Swiss-born Consuelo Castiglioni is the designer behind the successful Italian label Marni. Launched in 1994, the Marni collection for both women and men is characterised by eclectic, almost folksy pattern and decoration paired with restrained, modern cuts. Castiglioni’s understanding of colour is superb and she is able to work contrasting hues together with beautiful results.
