Born in 1988, the boutique started out as a workshop-come-store for owner Massimiliano Gianelli to vent his creativity. Influenced by his travels to New York and European cities, Societe Anonyme evolved into an experimental haven, reflecting a bohemian attitude and playing host to a unique collection of labels with a preference towards Japanese, Swedish and Belgian designers. Combining new designers with more established labels, it captures creativity unaffected by commercial conventions.

    Florence-based boutique Société Anonyme was born in 1998 as a foundation for owner Massilmiliano Giannelli to vent his creativity. Clean lines, a voluminous silhouette and a tight colour palette are key elements of its aesthestic.
