Zanotti’s career has seen him design shoes for European fashion houses that include Dior and Roberto Cavalli, before setting up his own label in 1993. His trademark, super-glam evening shoes have become red-carpet staples, with Hollywood actresses and pop stars adoring their flattering lines.
