Printed jacket in red from Christian Dior Vintage. This long single-breasted coat features a high standing collar, an asymmetrical front button closure, long sleeves, and two side seam pockets. Has red Aztec print throughout. From the rarely seen Diorling Line, first introduced in 1963 as a perfume and later as a clothing line through the 1960s and 70s. This piece is also rare because of its introduction at the Elizabeth Arden boutique on 5th Avenue, which opened to fashion in 1943. Arden was primarily known for cosmetics. Their fashion stint was brief.
