    Designer: CACHAREL

Jean Cacharel was born Jean Louis Henri Bousquet (1932) but adapted the name Cacharel when he moved to Paris during the 1950s. Cacharel was one of the first designers to recognize the emergence of the "noveau riche" after the war, and their need for ready-to-wear. The design philosophy of "comfort and ease of wear" became Jean Cacharel's signature style and the building block of his company. In 2000, husband and wife design team Clements Ribeiro were hired as Head Designers for Cacharel. Visit Cacharel for more information on this designer
