'Everything’s Getting Older' by Bill Wells and Aidan Moffatt. Vinyl. Bill Wells and Aidan Moffat's paths first crossed in 2003 when Arab Strap invited Bill to contribute to their new album. 'Everything's Getting Older' ranks alongside some of the best work Aidan has ever done. Thoughtful and reflective, with Bill's poignant scores underpinning Aidan's increasingly peerless lyric writing, 'Everything's Getting Older' was narrowly pipped by Star Wheel Press as our best selling album of 2011. Store Recommendation: “Aidan’s collaboration with Bill Wells is a true masterpiece. Half spoken, half sung, the stories are told in a way that leaves you wondering just how true they are. Exceptional!"

Multi-instrumentalist and songwriter Aidan Moffat spent the first half of the '90s shuffling between a couple bands, including the Angry Buddhists and Bay. He and fellow songwriter Malcolm Middleton formed Arab Strap in 1995. Together, they released six studio albums filled with alcohol-soaked tales of romantic relationships. In 2008, he released a poetry-oriented album titled ‘I Can Hear Your Heart’ which is a return to downcast songs, backed by a small band. For 2011's Everything's Getting Older, he has joined forces with jazz composer and multi-instrumentalist Bill Wells.
