    Designer: ANNA SUI

New York designer Anna Sui studied at the Parsons School of Design and started her career as a stylist working with photographer Steven Meisel. Launching her fashion line in 1981, the label attracted a following of celebrities including supermodel Linda Evangelista. With encouragement from this close circle of friends, Sui stepped up to the runway at New York Fashion Week in 1991 and stole the spotlight with her trademark boho/rock chick style.
